Through our years of experience we’ve cultivated four pillars for effective and lasting learning

Developing employees knowledge, skills and insight will lead to more flexibility, better decisions, better performance and higher employee satisfaction. The following principles are our foundation that make such processes achievable and inspiring to do.

PILLAR 1

Continuous learning
We believe in creating a continuous learning environment by expanding the learning environment from the classroom. To achieve this, we adopt the learning principle 70/20/10: only 10% of what we know, we’ve learned in a classroom setting, about 20% we’ve learned from colleagues, a mere 70% we’ve learned by doing our job.
In our program design and execution, we expand the learning environment from the classroom to a continuous learning environment for the short, medium and long term.

PILLAR 2

Experiental learning
We believe that experiential learning is a critical element in program design and execution to create engagement. Engagements needs to be created at every level within the organisation. We create experiential learning by using business simulations, business games, case studies, web-portals, role-plays, et cetera.
We are proud to offer some of the world’s best experiential learning tools.
We create experiences that lead to faster and more frequent feedback cycles. This reinforces learning. We use best in class management games and business simulations such as the Supply Chain Management Game, The Fresh Connection and The Cool Connection. For all the experiences we apply the “Magic Circle”, a learning cycle covering all elements of learning and various learning styles: experiencing, reflecting, conceptualizing and applying.

PILLAR 3

Team – based learning
We believe in team-based learning as processes in the Value Chain are connected. Value Chain Management is team work ! By making employees learn in teams, your employees will look at the Value Chain from different perspectives, can connect the dots in managing the Value Chain and can make better decisions to achieve the best financial result. With team-based learning, employees learn from each other and will speak the same language across the Value Chain.
All our programs are implemented in company.
Learning together allows employees to break down the functional silos that slow down change.
